Stained-glass window in the First Unitarian Church in Brooklyn, New York

Servetus is considered by some Unitarian churches as one of the pioneers and intellectual forerunners of their religious movement. Unitarism is a branch of Protestantism that affirms God's unity and freedom of thought in religious matters. The First Unitarian Church of Brooklyn (New York) was founded in 1833 and its neo-Gothic style building shelters a magnificent collection of stained-glass windows crafted by Tiffany. The window that shows Servetus, placed beside that of Faustus Socinus, is part of a set of stained-glass windows located on the second floor of the sanctuary, which shows several forerunners of the Unitarian movement.
