SERVICE TO OTHERS:

As opposed to the use of the Institute to foster our own “ego”.

HARMONY:

as opposed to conflict, hypocrisy or the pursuance of an alleged “excellence” at the expense of other human beings.

HUMILITY:

As opposed to arrogance, false pride, bad manners and the inability for personal change.

AFFECTION:

As opposed to resentment, hatred.

PROFESSIONALISM, ENTREPRENURIAL SPIRIT AND ACTIONS AIMED AT RESULTS:

As opposed to improvisation, hurry, self-centred individualism, lack of practical sense, non-fulfilment of the accepted tasks, lack of organization.

CONTINUOUS SELF-IMPROVEMENT:

As opposed to carelessness, mental paralysis, apathy, or self-contentedness.
